I am available for relief work on a daily, weekly, or longer basis, Monday through Saturday. My hourly rate is billed in 5-minute increments with a 6-hour minimum.
I carry my own liability insurance. My health insurance covers injuries sustained on the job. I am responsible for all state, federal and FICA taxes as an independent contractor, so you will have no additional costs beyond my hourly rate except as listed below.
I do not charge for mileage for up to 60 miles from my home in Princeton, MN. Distances greater than 60 miles from my home will incur roundtrip mileage and a per diem to cover lodging and meal expenses.
Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before my scheduled days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due within 15 days of the date on the invoice, which I will submit to you on my last day, or every 2 weeks if I'm working for you on a regular basis.
